BMI = weight (kg) / [height (m)]² Adjusted slightly by ethnicity and sex for accuracy.

BMR is your resting energy burn. TDEE adds activity.
BMR = 10×W + 6.25×H – 5×Age + (5 ♂ / −161 ♀) TDEE = BMR × Activity (1.2–1.9) Useful for meal planning or calorie tracking.



🍗 Protein Needs

Protein supports muscle and repair; based on lean body mass and training.
Protein = LBM × 0.8–2.2 g/kg Sedentary = 0.8 g/kg, active = 1.6 g/kg+, athletes = 2.0 g/kg+



❤️ Resting Heart Rate & O₂ Saturation

Reflects cardiovascular and respiratory health.
Resting HR: 50–70 bpm (fit), 70–90 bpm (average).
O₂ Saturation: 95–100 % normal. Values below 90 % may indicate hypoxia.



🧪 Cholesterol Profile

Key lipid measures for cardiovascular risk.
Total = LDL + HDL + (Triglycerides ÷ 5) (mg/dL)
VLDL ≈ Triglycerides ÷ 5 (mg/dL) or ÷ 2.2 for mmol/L Lower LDL & triglycerides, higher HDL → better outcomes.
